Newest CaHA Injectable Calcium Hydroxylapatite Hybrid Filler
UniCaHA™ Dual — 1.1 ml CaHA hybrid filler. 56% calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres in 20 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid. You get the volume from day one, and support that keeps building for up to 24 months. Built for jawline, cheekbones, temples, chin and deep folds.
In stock in our US warehouse. US addresses ship domestically in 3–5 business days — no customs, no import paperwork. Every other country ships from our international warehouse at 10–15 business days.

Why this one goes further per millilitre
56% CaHA load, 25–45 µm microspheres. Smooth-surfaced and fully synthetic — a dense scaffold packed into 1.1 ml rather than a thin suspension.
Volume now, support later. The HA carrier fills and lifts immediately. The microspheres stay in the plane and the tissue builds collagen around them, so the result does not collapse when the gel leaves.
Structural, not soft. Deep dermal to subdermal placement holds jawline, cheekbone and chin projection that a soft filler cannot carry — the areas that keep coming back every few months on HA.

Frequently asked questions
How Does UniCaHA™ Dual Compare with Radiesse?
Radiesse is an established CaHA filler with a well-documented clinical history, valued for its structural support and collagen-stimulating properties. UniCaHA™ Dual takes a different formulation approach, combining CaHA microspheres with cross-linked hyaluronic acid for immediate filling alongside collagen stimulation. The distinction is in the formulation: Radiesse represents the established CMC-based CaHA approach, while UniCaHA™ Dual offers an HA–CaHA hybrid approach. Both have their own formulation characteristics, making product-specific evidence, intended use and clinical requirements essential when comparing the two.
How long does the result last?
Up to 24 months for the collagen phase, with the HA carrier absorbing well before that. Area, volume placed and technique decide where in that range a result lands.
Can it be dissolved?
No. Hyaluronidase works on hyaluronic acid, not on calcium hydroxylapatite. Once placed, the microspheres clear on their own timeline — so choose the plane and the volume deliberately.
How many boxes do I need?
One box is 1.1 ml — one area for most single-site work. Bilateral jawline, both cheeks or a two-area plan usually starts at three boxes, where the price drops to $56.67 per ml.
Which areas — and when is HA the better choice?
Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jawline, cheeks, temples, chin and nose: the areas where volume loss reads as shadow and lost projection. CaHA carries load, so it holds jawline definition, cheekbone and midface projection and temple hollowing where a soft filler drifts. HA is the better fit for lips, hands, superficial expression lines and anything that has to stay adjustable later. See our hyaluronic acid filler range or the full dermal filler range — most practices stock both, because a full face needs both jobs done.
